Description

This dataset contains LC-MS/MS proteomics data from liver and prostate tissues of Rattus norvegicus. Rats were treated with testosterone to model benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and subsequently with pomegranate waste extract (PWE) to assess its effect on the tissue proteome.
