The purpose of this experiment is to interrogate the lipid population present in purified endosomes to corroborate proteomic data in analyzing the effect of endosomal trafficking on membrane dynamics. This experiment will also validate whether endosomal-immunopurification (IP) is a viable approach for examining organelle dynamics with lipidomic analysis.
