Description

This dataset represents a collection of chromatography fractions derived from botanical extractions. These chromatography fractions were chosen based upon demonstrated antioxidant activity following a standard DPPH assay. Echinacea-1 is the E. angustifolia sample while -2 and -3 were identified as E. purpurea. All collected samples have voucher specimens held in the URI Herbarium.
