Description

Pseudomonas fluorescens MFY63 (isolated from human) was incubated with 10 or 100 micromolar serotonin. The culture supernatants were collected after 12 or 24 hours of incubation and extracted using ethyl acetate. Negative (NEG) and positive (POS) polarity data were obtained on a HR-LC-MS/MS setup.
