This experiment is to study the molecular mechanism of the Numb exon 9 containing isoform by quantitative measurement of the change in total proteome expression in response to NUMB exon 9 deletion. Total protein lysate from two MDA-MB-468 control cell pools (n = 4) and three NUMB exon 9 deleted cell pools (n = 6) from independent targeting events were collected. Each cell pool has two replicates which were separately seeded.
