This study investigates the molecular mechanisms of action of clozapine and risperidone in the rat brain, specifically targeting the prefrontal cortex (PFC) and the remaining cortical regions (CX). A multi-platform proteomic approach was employed to capture comprehensive changes in protein expression induced by chronic (21 days) antipsychotic drug treatment.
