S. elongatus (dilute OD) circadian experiment. TMT16 fractions for redox and global proteomics. Samples were processed using the SP3-based multi-PTM workflow (Gluth et al, 2024, MCP). Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS Processing pipeline. PlexedPiper was used to link peptide identifications with MASIC quantification data. Normalization was performed using the global median method, and redox data were further normalized to the corresponding global dataset.
