Data used for the comparison of four different combinations of autosampler vials and small volume inserts for the analysis of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) before and after extended storage times. Data is associated with analyses performed on the same day as sample preparation of isotopically labeled PFAS in neat solvent and analyses performed after one month in storage. These data were used to compare the repeatability of each combination, reproducibility between combinations, and changes in peak areas over time. All data were collected on an LC-IMS-MS platform with non-targeted data acquisition.
