This dataset contains raw LC-MS/MS metabolomics and lipidomics data generated from pancreatic cancer and control samples. The data were acquired to investigate metabolic and lipidomic alterations associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and to support integrative multi-omics analysis for biomarker discovery.
