Description

This dataset consists of 49 raw MS files, acquired on Thermo LTQ mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. Samples were generated by Stephanie Almeida. FLAG-AP and was performed by Stephanie Almeida. Mass spectrometry acquisition and analysis was performed by Wade Dunham and Anne-Claude Gingras. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Stephanie Almeida et al. The main goal of this paper was to investigate the role of the interaction of OTULIN and SCRIBBLE in planar cell polarity. This dataset reveals OTULIN interaction with SCRIBBLE.
