Label-free LC MS/MS proteomics data from left ventricular free wall tissue of male C57BL/6J mice exposed to alcohol, nicotine vaping, combined exposure, or control conditions. Samples were analyzed using an Evosep One LC system coupled to a CaptiveSpray source on a timsTOF Flex MALDI-2 mass spectrometer (Bruker).
