Interaction Partners of the Yeast Protein Disulfide Isomerase Pdi1

Description

Results are from protein identification experiments where yeast expressing a FLAG-tagged form of Pdi1 were treated with the thiol-reactive protein cross-linker DVSF. Pdi1 was immunoprecipitated from cell lysates, and associated proteins were resolved by SDS-PAGE and extracted from the gel following staining with Coomassie blue. Subsequently, proteins in gel pieces were digested into peptides with trypsin, and peptides and their parent proteins were identified using LC-MS/MS. Biological replicate 1 of this experiment encompasses files MSB42817A through MSB42820A, and biological replicate 2 encompasses files MSB43170A through MSB43173A.
