Mouse embryonic stem cells lysates were fractionated and separated by mechanical disruption follow by high salt gradient separation in order to obtain chromatin fractionation. Quantitative high mass accuracy mass spectrometry of the whole cell lysate and the chromatin fraction to asses the enrichment of the chromatin associated protein across both samples.
