Description

This dataset consists of 3 raw MS files, acquired on an Orbitrap Fusion mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Luyan Cao et al. titled: SPIN90 associates with mDia1 and the Arp2/3 complex to regulate cortical actin organisation. The manuscript defines the role of SPIN90 and its association with mDia1 and the Arp2/3 complex in the regulation of the actin cortex. The experiment is LC-MS/MS analysis of detergent-insoluble fractions of M2 whole cell lysates, performed in biological triplicates.
