Description

This dataset accompanies our manuscript "Targeted phosphoproteomics of the Ras signaling network reveal regulatory mechanisms mediated by oncogenic KRAS." 8 representative lung adenocarcinoma cell lines were included in this deep proteome/phosphoproteome discovery effort. This dataset represents TiO2 enriched (phosphopeptide) fractions separated by offline high-pH reversed phase chromatography. Resulting BLIB spectral library for use in Skyline is included.
