This submission includes the mass spectrometry data for the manuscript by Raj et al. (nSR100 regulation of an exon network required for neurogenesis). This submission contains files for Srrm4 (aka nSR100) interactions from mouse N2A cells acquired on a 5600 TripleTOF mass spectrometer and files for SRRM4 interactions from human HEK293T cells acquired on an LTQ.
