Description

NAADP interactome data obtained by affinity precipitation with immobilized NAADP from HEK293 cells expressing exogenous TPC2-eGFP-FLAG. Heavily labeled proteins were pulled-down by immobilized NAADP and lightly labeled proteins were pulled-down by empty beads (no NAADP). Proteins were eluted from beads by NAADP first (raw data file names contain NAADP) and then by SDS (file names contain SDS).
