Description

Untargeted metabolomics data obtained from gut samples from adult Atlantic salmon. Sample (about 200 mg) was transferred into a 1.5 ml tube and eluted with 4x wt/vol of ultra-pure water. After homogenization with a Vortex for 1-2 min the sample was centrifuged at 16.000 g for 10 min. The supernatant was transferred into a spinX centrifuge filter, and centrifuged again (15.000 g/4 C/5 min). The filtrate was collected for LC-MS/MS analysis.
