Description

Dataset contains ten whole-cell proteome samples from Nannochloropsis gaditana grown in turbidity-controlled flat plate photobioreactors. Samples analysed with 10-plex TMT labels including four control samples, four nitrogen-deprived samples and two phosphorus-deprived samples.
