Raw metabolomic data from Mus musculus liver and plasma used in the article - Identification of ACBP as a potential target in ciliopathic obesity using multi-omic network analysis. It includes ALMS1 WT and ALMS1 KO groups, with and without preventive anti-ACBP antibodies. Samples were collected 2 hours after 13C-glucose administration. These data support the analyses reported in the cited manuscript.
