Single human hepatocytes were derived from patients with normal liver function and deleterious mutations that often lead to liver cancer. Single cells and bulk libraries of 25 hepatocytes were isolated using a Tecan UNO single cell printer. Cells were lysed and digested in plate before being loaded to commercial stage tips (EvoTIp Pure). Digests were analyzed using a 40SPD method on a 1.9um x 15cm nanoLC column and peptides measured with a TIMSTOF Ultra 2 operating in diaPASEF mode. All files were analyzed in SpectroNaut 20.
