LC-MS and data processing. Approximately 2 ug of each peptide fraction was injected onto a Nanoacuity UPLC system in line with a Thermo Fusion Orbitrap Mass Spectrometer. Peptides were separated over a 120 min, 2% to 25% acetonitrile gradient with 0.1% Formic acid on a Pepmap C18 column from Thermo flowing at 0.5ul/min (100A, 2um, 75umx15cm). MS1 scans were at 120,000 resolution and accepted TopN peptides over a 2s cycle for MS2 sequencing. MS1 and MS/MS target-ion accumulation values were set to 1x105 and 5x103, respectively.
