Fallopian tube secreted proteins affect ovarian metabolites in high grade serous ovarian cancer

Description

Data files from Q Exactive were imported into Proteome Discoverer (version 2.2, Thermo Fisher) and analyzed using a label-free quantitation method. For MOE PTENshRNA protein IDs, MOE PTENshRNA results were compared to MOE SCRshRNA results against a Mus musculus database (10090_20160912 fasta file) and a contaminants database with a false discovery rate (FDR) at 1% and Percolator. SKOV3 results were run against a Homo sapiens database (9606_20190612 fasta file)and a contaminants database (2015_5 fasta file). Each was analyzed with a FDR at 1% and a Target Decoy.
