Metaproteomic study on fecal samples collected from Crohn's Disease (CD) patients and some Household Healthy Controls (HHC) during an eight week Lof Fat/High fiber diet intervention. Stoo sampling was performed at baseline (V1), week 8 (V2) and week 36 (V3). Protein Identification and quantitation was performed by MetaLab 2.3 (MaxQuant).
