Description

Lysine-epsilon-acetylation (Kac) is a post-translational modification (PTM) that is critical for metabolic regulation and cell signaling in mammals. Here, proteins were extracted from five representative Arabidopsis organs and digested by trypsin, and the acetylated peptides were enriched by anti-acetyllysine antibody.
